Ibm X60 Tablet Drivers For Mac
Been banging my head on this all day (and the last few days), trying to get audio working on this notebook. Most of the rest of the hardware seems to work fine.
I've tried several versions of the VoodooHDA drivers from the Multibeast 3.9.0 installer, no joy, it just shows Intel High Definition Audio, with Audio ID: 892. Downloaded the VoodooHDA 2.7.2 installer from googlecode site, same problem. I don't seem much discussion here on TMx86 about the X60 non tablet laptop. Found various other forums discussing the X60, but all seem to talk about the tablet version which appears to use a different sound chip. In Windows is shows up as SoundMax Intergrated Digital HD Audio, googling seems to indicate it's an AD1981HD chipset for which I've tried AppleAC97Audio and several other kexts, but no joy. Any pointers on getting this working?
