A few days ago i was rank 1 with my mage on the 2v2 ladder in Wotlk. We kept on playing, trying to extend our lead etc. Yesterday 13th February was the first time it happened, i was even streaming my arenas and i suddenly lost connection. This happens now and then, nothing you can do about it, hadn't happened to me for several months so yea. Anyways we kept on playing, 10 mins later i lost connection again. Coinsidences do happpen so yea might just have been a bad day. Later in my stream session i lost connection once again.

Third time it happened i knew something was up. I then started to spectate other high rated teams and some of them had the same problem, they dced in arenas as well. The only other occurences that i know of is the high rated disc ret and disc feral on the 2s ladder in wotlk.

It happpened once to the disc ret and twice to the feral disc. 14th February we kept on quin trying to get back our rating. At night time i started to dc again, 3 times in a row it happened that night. I only dced while in arena, never when i was out sitting in que or doing other stuff on my PC.

What im trying to say is that this season is bullshit, everyone is getting ddosed. I've been ddosed 7 times within 2 days and im not looking forward for tomorrow when the season ends cuz i have some weird feeling that im gonna lose connection at about maybe 20:00 CET while in arena. I can't change my IP because it's static which means i have to wait for the company to open on monday morning. People getting glad cuz of ddosing. AT community is getting worse and worse.EDIT. 15th February i turned on my computer logged on wow and waited for my mage to be able to play. I had been online for 2½ hour before my mage was able to play, didn't have a single spike all morning, anyways.

Compaq evo desktop drivers. We grouped up, qued for arenas and got a que pop. Maybe 2 minutes into the arena i got DC again. In my very first game of the day.EDIT 2. 15th February, i just spoke to capsizer during his streaming session with homerjay. They got ddosed 4-5 times as well, anyone else see where this is going?

It's not longer a competition in WoW it's about how can ddos the most ppl.EDIT 3. 15th February, just spoke to homerjay. During Homerjay's streaming session last night he was playing with Talent and they had to stop because Talent was getting ddosed as well.

We'll do our best to try solve this, in the meantime try to change your IP if you can. Calling your ISP and telling them you're getting attacked might speed up the process. Also take steps to protect your IP. Don't have people you don't trust on Skype/use a VPN.

Make sure you have this box checked: I did everything, my IP is static and i already called the ISP and they can't do shit about it, i have to wait untill monday so yea. Season is already over for me.

Seems rather simple to find out a decent clue (not saying 'fact') who it is. Just ask yourself two questions: 1. What people do all of the DDOS'ed players share in their skype list that is also currently in the top 10-20? Could empower this by finding team where only 1 of the 2 get's ddos'ed. Who could that be?

Leads that I found so far in the forums that were mentioned are Punter, Davay, Mystic, Hophell, Shinta and Qwneer. Not saying any or all of them did it. But it's simple enough to at least track these people in their skype list and find out which of these is shared by all of the DDOS'ed people in their skype (currently in skype (for people with dynamic ip) AND in the past in skype (for people with static)).

What comps are constantly getting ddos'ed and is there any pattern to it? Such as: are constantly only counters ddos'ed, or is it all random. You could just write down all comps that got ddos'ed, look at what comp in 2v2 would benefit most from that (counter-wise). That would be decent logic lead imo.
